Until full payment is received, Brand99 retains ownership of all designs, content, and creative work. Once payments are cleared, all rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client. For partially completed projects, intellectual property remains with Brand99, and unauthorized use is prohibited.
Projects include a limited number of revisions, as stated in the agreement. Additional edits requested outside the agreed scope will incur additional charges.
